Hi, how are you? How’s your day going?
Sometimes people will say things about you that aren’t right. Trials and temptations will come. But let me remind you of one powerful truth, who can battle with the Lord? Nobody. Who can change His mind concerning you? Nobody. So no matter what they say, or how hard they try, don’t forget this: God is still on the throne, and no one can change His plan or decision about your life. No matter the trials, the temptations, the failures, or the disappointments you face right now, it will pass. The same God who allowed it knows your strength. He knows what you are capable of overcoming. Someone may say, “You talk like this because you haven’t been through anything.” But I have.
I’ve been at my lowest point. I’ve faced moments where I thought it was the end , including a near plane crash. Yes, I was there. Smoke filled the cabin just five minutes after takeoff. The air hostess cried. Everyone panicked. Yet, in that chaos, I called on God. I thought about my children, sent a message to a friend, and then I prayed:(I asked God a question) “God, so I would not see my children again? ”But in that very moment, I received comfort. I received strength. And I began to comfort others, including the woman sitting beside me who was terrified.
Through it all, God showed up. The man seated close to the fire noticed it early and raised an alarm. The air hostess, though afraid, still did her duty. The fire was extinguished, and we landed safely. We later kept in touch, those of us on that flight. We still remind each other, “See what God saved us from.”
So, hear this, whatever situation you find yourself in, know that God is involved. He allowed it because He knows what He has built inside you. No one, not your parents, not your boss, not your enemies, can alter God’s decisions about your life.
In other words: Congratulations. Because if God allowed it, He will also use it to lift you. See what the Lord has done, and see what the Lord will do in your life. Give Him praise. Show gratitude. Because God is greater than them all.
