Dr. Faith Aboloje.

Dr Faith Aboloje is a professional counsellor, certified relationship coach, and mental wellness advocate with extensive experience in counselling practice, capacity building, and community development. She is the founder and lead consultant of Jevwe Services, a counselling and professional development organisation providing CPD trainings, workshops, and institutional capacity-building programmers.
 
Her work focuses on trauma-informed counselling, relationship and family systems, ethics, boundaries, and practitioner wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on culturally responsive and faith-sensitive practice. Dr Faith serves on boards and professional bodies and actively contributes to mental health advocacy through teaching, training, media engagements, and community outreach.
She is passionate about empowering individuals and institutions to maximise potential, heal effectively, and build emotionally healthy communities.
 

Professional Background

I hold a Doctorate and am a Certified Relationship Coach as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Coaching and Mentoring Lab, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and lifelong learning. I currently serve as a Board Member of TopHill University of Ministeria Arts and Management Studies, contributing to academic leadership and institutional development.
 
 
In addition to my professional memberships, I serve as the Assistant Secretary of the Counselling Association (Lagos Chapter), the Head of the Counselling Unit at the Institute of Mentoring and Coaching, Nigeria, and the Secretary at Exitum. These roles allow me to contribute to policy, training, advocacy, and the advancement of counselling practice within Nigeria and beyond.

Leadership, Governance & Enterprise

I am the Chief Executive Officer of JEVWE Services Nigeria Limited, a multidisciplinary organisation committed to counselling, coaching, training, and human development services. Through JEVWE, I work with individuals, families, institutions, and communities to promote mental wellness, personal growth, and sustainable transformation.

I am also the Founder of the Men and Women of Destiny Foundation, a purpose‑driven non‑profit organisation focused on empowerment, education, psychosocial support, and capacity building. The foundation is dedicated to helping people maximise their potential and live lives of impact and service.

This breadth of practice strengthens my role as a professional counsellor in Nigeria, serving both local and international clients. My counselling approach is compassionate, client‑centred, and integrative, drawing from psychological science, coaching principles, and practical life skills. I value confidentiality, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration. Each client’s journey is unique, and I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can take place.
